Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 2.5 lbs Cut Into Pieces Chicken
  • 2 Cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup Hot Red Pepper Sauce
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Paula Deen’s House Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Place washed chicken in a bowl and mix it with Paula Deen’s house seasoning.
  • In another bowl, mix beaten eggs with red hot pepper sauce.
  • Dunk the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with flour.
  • Fry the coated chicken in hot oil for 8-10 minutes until light brown and crisp.
  • Drain excess oil on a wire rack and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy coating, ensure the oil is hot before frying.
