Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, and dill.
Add in the cooked chicken, celery, grapes, and red onion. Stir until well combined.
Slice the croissants in half and fill with the chicken salad mixture.
Top with butter lettuce and serve.
Notes
For the best flavor, prepare the chicken salad a few hours in advance and refrigerate before serving.
