Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Sauté the diced chicken with salt and pepper until cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
Combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over medium heat; stir until melted. Add garlic powder.
Mix pasta, chicken, and sauce in the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Use leftover roasted chicken for a quicker preparation, or add steamed vegetables for extra color and nutrients.
